Track Your Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Returns

Domestic Returns

We want you to love the products you purchase from us! If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return your order to us for a complete refund within 30 days.

Simply fill out the form below, and we will promptly email you a return label. Your order must be new and unused, with original packaging and tags still attached.  We are unable to process returns for visibly worn or washed clothing, or swimwear that’s been worn in water.  Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Once your return is received, we will notify you through email that we have received your item. At this time, we will also inform you if your return is approved or disapproved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will immediately be applied to your original payment method.  If return has been disapproved, you’ll be given the option to have the item(s) shipped back to you at your cost.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your funds to be posted. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after your package has been received.

International Returns

International returns are processed differently than domestic returns.  Like domestic returns, you may return your order to us within 30 days, however, we are only able to refund your purchase price – NOT SHIPPING COSTSYour order must be new and unused, with original packaging and tags still attached. We are unable to process returns for visibly worn or washed clothing, or swimwear that’s been worn in water. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Please follow the steps below to process an international return.

  1. All international returns must be sent back for a refund. To exchange a product, you can send the original order back for a refund and place a new order on the site.
  2. When packing up your items, please include a note with your order number, name, and email address.  You can use any carrier service of your choice to send your return back, but please obtain tracking for your package.
  3. Once you send your return to the address below, send us an email at support@islandhaze.com or use the form below and include the tracking info.

Once your return is received, we will notify you through email that we have received your item. At this time, we will also inform you if your return is approved or disapproved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will immediately be applied to your original payment method. If return has been disapproved, you’ll be given the option to have the item(s) shipped back to you at your cost.

Expedited: $20.00

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands:
All Orders: $15.00

Canada:
All Orders: $25.00

Rest of the World:
All Orders: $35.00

Custom Duties and Import VAT

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. IslandHaze does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
